FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

We work hard to keep our program fees highly affordable for our community. We already offer a deeply discounted Free and Reduced Lunch fee of just $30 per week. Because our financial assistance funds are limited and reserved for those in severe financial hardship, we kindly ask families to carefully consider whether they can afford this rate before submitting an application for further assistance.

We know every situation is unique, and our goal is to make the process simple, supportive, and confidential. Follow these steps to submit your request:Step 1: Set Up Your MyClubHub AccountMake sure your family has an account in MyClubHub and that you have completed registration for your selected program(s).If you do not have an account yet, please create one via the MyClubHub Family Sign Up page. This allows us to connect your financial assistance application directly to your household.Step 2: Request the ApplicationTo request a copy of the Financial Assistance Application, please email our team directly at financialassistance@bgcnic.org.Step 3: Complete and SubmitOnce you receive the application, fill out the secure form. You will be asked to share basic information about your household and upload your required income documentation.

To ensure assistance goes to the families who need it most, the BGCNIC Financial Assistance Committee reviews all requests confidentially and equitably. Please review the following strict guidelines before applying:Complete Applications Only: No application will be considered until it is fully completed and includes all required documentation.Account Standing: Applications will not be accepted or considered for families with past-due balances.Household Overview: You must include all individuals living in your household and all sources of income. Only one application per household is required.Proof of Income: All applications require printed or digital proof of monthly HOUSEHOLD income. You must provide TWO (2) forms of documentation from the acceptable list below.Acceptable Documentation Examples:Most recent Tax Return (must include W2s for all responsible legal guardians).Two (2) most recent pay stubs for all responsible legal guardians.Two (2) most recent months’ bank statements for all responsible legal guardians.Official documentation proving low-income eligibility (e.g., Medicaid, SNAP/EBT, Unemployment Benefits, etc.).Any additional documentation or written information that will help us understand your current financial situation.
