AWARDS & RECOGNITION

Ty Jones wins BGCA's Most Valuable Program Professional
We are excited to share that Ty Jones has been named BGCA’s Most Valuable Program Professional from the Indiana Area Council!
Ty has worked on and off with the Boys & Girls Club for 20 years, but has been with us full-time since 2017. Over the years, she has served as a Youth Development Professional, Team Lead, part-time Club Director, and now full-time Club Director.
Ty is known for her positive attitude and her energy that lifts up everyone around her. She always volunteers for new projects, is a great mentor to younger staff, and is always looking for ways to learn and improve so she can better serve her Club kids.
As a full-time Club Director, Ty leads two school-year sites and our largest summer site, which serves more than 300 kids. She works hard to make sure everything runs smoothly and that all Club kids have a fun, safe, and meaningful experience.
Ty’s leadership has a huge impact - not only on the kids but also on the staff and the community. She is always ready to help, step up when needed, and make every day at the Club a great one.
We are so proud to celebrate Ty and all she does for our youth. She truly shows what it means to be a Club MVP!
